    Perfect location, very close to JR station and ferry pier, and 玉藻 park. About 15mins walk to shopping area. Very clean room and nice staff.

    Great location, 2mins from the station, and 2mins from the harbour. The walk to the entertainment district is probably 15mins away and that I guess was the only downside. The view from the room over the harbour was wonderful

    JR hotels are always a bargain when traveling with the JR rail pass discount. The staff is always excellent and rooms are great. No included breakfast though, so without a discount, they may seem a bit more on the pricy side.

    I am very satisfied. Location, views, cleanliness, room service, breakfast kindness of staff etc.. Especially delicious breakfast too. Then if I will go to Takamatsu, I must will stay JR clement Takamatsu.

    I wander why the restaurants on the top of the building do not accept children.(I did not have time to talk to the manger.) That should change. Children must always be the priority.

    Staff were professional, check-in and check-out was lightning quick, the hotel itself was sophisticated, and the room was comfortable. Also, I had a great view of the port

    The lighting was a bit confusing. I usually like to sleep with dim lighting but there didn't seem to be that function available.
